Here at Persons Candles we aim to send all orders same day Monday - Friday. Every order is Sent by DPD next day delivery (provide a mobile number at checkout and DPD will sed you a text with an hour slot of arrival) and at flat rate of 7.50 for mainland uk for any size order.

Security of our website is of utmost importance to us. Our site uses software to provide high level encryption technology. Although we use advanced security measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and alteration, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the internet. We cannot make absolute guarantees over the security of the information you provide over the internet and as such we cannot be held responsible for it. We do not retain any personal information that is entered on our website and is not pass on to third party companies.
Returns & Replacements
Here at Pehrsons we pride ourselves on our customer service and to provide you with the best experience possible. If any product is damaged on receipt please inform us within 48 hours or claims cannot be excepted, and either a credit or a resend of the broken items can be made. If you would like to return an order either contact us on 01676535945 or sales@pehrsons-candles.co.uk or refuse the delivery when it arrives with you.
Ordering
To make orders you can simply find what you would like from our website shop, this will be added to a cart and you can checkout using worldpay. You can also give us a call us on 01676535945 and we can help you directly.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments made through the website are processed through worldpay which is a secure third party payment system, this way no card details are stored on our systems. We can also take card payments over the phone. All up to date pricing is current on our website and includes VAT. If there are any promotions these will be displayed on our website.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed by opening an account on our website, this will enable you to see the status of your order and be updated when your order has been despatched. If you dont have an account dont worry go to our contact page and we can help you with your order
Updating Account Information
Updating any Account information that already exists with us can be done by giving us a call and we can assist. If you made an account on our website updating any information can be done by logging in to your account.
